This graphic features a nurse cap with fun polka dots accenting the personalization. When order please indicate in the message box what name and/or initials you prefer. Name will be be printed in black. Graphic is sealed with an epoxy sealant and is glued to a black bottle cap. Bottle cap is attached to a white, hard plastic badge reel. Graphic may be wiped cleaned with a damp cloth but it is not waterproof.
